  • Group Pole Dancing Classes

    Pole Dancing Group Classes

Group classes are for all abilities- from the absolute beginner through to expert pole dancers. Come and join a friendly group of like-minded people. There are 10 poles with a guaranteed maximum of 3 people per pole in any session.

  • Splits and Flexibility Classes

    Splits and Flexibility Classes

One of the best ways to improve the way your pole dancing looks and feels is to increase your flexibility. Not only does an increased flexibility and stretching improve your quality of life, it also reduces the likelihood of injury and muscle pain due to a fuller range of movement in your joints.

During these classes we will introduce you to safe and fun stretching methods for your legs, hips, shoulders, back and any other areas that you feel needs improvement. We will work on both front and box splits in a variety of different ways using both solo and partner-assisted stretching.

  • Private Pole Dancing Lessons

About Us

Twisted Pole Studios was first opened in 2011 by Hannah Capocci. We started off in a small 5 pole studio and a year later moved into Warser Gate with 10 poles. Twisted Pole is now in its fifth year and is one of the biggest pole studios in Nottingham. We are extremely proud of all of our students and pride ourselves on being a welcoming and friendly studio open to everyone.

All of our instructors are first aid trained and insured and have all entered competitions. They are patient and train regularly to keep their skills, pole moves and safety and spotting techniques up to date.
