Ceri started pole dancing in 2009, after attending a friend’s birthday party at a pole studio. She signed up for lessons straight after, and hasn't looked back. Ceri started pole with no dance or gymnastics background, but teams pole with weights, hiit, dance aerobics, yoga, zumba and body weight training
Ceri also works with people with learning disabilities at a day centre, where she runs an inclusive dance group. Ceri has been a part of the Twisted team since 2016 and likes to specialise in strength based moves especially if it involves any elbow grips, she keeps her training up to date by regularly attending workshops as well as weekly training sessions with the other Twisted Pole Instructors.
Fun Fact: Ceri is also a Guinness World Record Holder for "The most amount of pole dancers dancing the same routine at the same time worldwide"
She came runner up in the semi professional category of the midlands pole championships in 2017, and was also awarded best tricks.
